PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• All properties are non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed.
• A $250 deposit is required to hold the villa. Balance on the account is due 30 days prior to arrival. All rates include tax.
• There is a one time cleaning fee for stays less than 5 nights.
• We accept personal, travelers, or certified checks and money orders for payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• No penalty will be incurred for cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival.
• Cancellations within 30 days of arrival time will result in a forfeiture of all monies paid.

POOL/SPA TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Pool and Spa heat is available where applicable but will be an additional cost to activate. Depending on the season, pools can take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to warm up once the heater has been turned on.
• Pool equipment is to be maintained only by a member of Terry's Vacation Villas. DO NOT attempt to adjust any of the outside pool equipment. If pool equipment is damaged due to guest interference, the guest is responsible for the cost of fixing or replacing the components.
